Creche and Sunday School
Our crèche and Sunday School children meet with the rest of the church family in the service at 10.30am. We have a wee corner set aside for the little ones. Children are an important part of the Park Church family, and after a time of opening worship there is a children’s talk, which usually involves participation by the younger members of the congregation on the theme for that Sunday. After prayer and a further item of praise the children leave the service for the hall to explore the Bible in an age-appropriate way.
Our children’s programme is led by different adults on a rota basis and would include games, Bible story, activities and craft. All leaders have been disclosed with Disclosure Scotland.
The Sunday School organises an Advent Lunch every December, giving members of the church an opportunity to meet together after the service, and supports a wee boy from Africa called Frank through the Cogwheel Trust. Our offerings also support the work of the Missionary Aviation Fellowship.
