Park Church Uddingston

A wonderful presentation by Jamie covering his labour of love in presenting the 'Glasgow Bible' and other translations. Entertaining presentation of the Gospel involving everyone present.

The rain may have been falling outside but it could not dampen the happy celebrations inside Park Church on Saturday as many family and friends of Stan and Moira met for this happy wedding service conducted by Rev Bruce McDowall.

We had the pleasure or another wonderful display of flowers ... in the vestibule, the church and the hall today. Our thanks to all those involved in making such an incredibly beautiful display. Thank you.

A wonderful lunch of home-made soup and bread was held after the morning service. Over £400 was collected for Christian Aid. The morning service was led by Dramane a head master from Burkino Faso and the Church was pleased to give him over £500 raised at last week's coffee morning, Dramane is pictured having lunch with our Minister Bruce and other friends.
